Sound Asleep...

Doc: Can you tell me what happened to you young lady?
Gab: (slipping her phone into her purse) Yes Doc, I sure will…
I was sound asleep when I felt something linger at the sensitive entrance; I was so scared and didn’t move, slowly in a calculated movement it began to move in.
I’ve always heard stories from people who have had the experience how painful and uncomfortable it is but I never thought it would ever happen to me.
The deeper it pushed in, the weirder it felt, (The doctor raises his eyebrows, removing his specs) it made some funny circling movements which made it feel thrice its size…I couldn’t take it anymore.
I woke up from the stupor and switched on the lights to find out who the intruder was. Suddenly the action stopped but I was determined to expel the offending thing out.
Doc: Go on my dear one (Giving her a knowing look).
Gab: I tried with the hand, the fingers but it went even deeper. My whole body shuddered with spasms while my head spun in rounds due to the excruciating pains.
I did what was inevitable, sprung out of the bed, fetched some water; put some drops in the hole to flash that had got into my right ear. Up came out a tiny black ant…
(Softening her sweet melodious voice) Tell me Doc, have you ever had one deep inside your earlobe?
Doc: (Caught napping) Ouch..! Me? Nooo…Not bad. Be careful next time.

I saw a bird fly.  Perched on a pyre with a broken wing.  With a teary eye line and a snorty beak Later  Glade effortlessly far below Pain-drained To peck at my yellow-glazed window panes. I on the inside strumming a broken guitar Humming to a lost tune To an old dusty furniture That got carried away to Heat the heath "Tis outlived its usefulness,"  My Mother retorted.
